Job Description
You are a highly skilled and creatively driven Senior Video Editor cum Videographer with a strong eye for storytelling. You have the ability to bring concepts to life from shoot to screen. Your key responsibilities include leading a team through multiple challenges and deadlines, staying abreast of market trends and technology, and editing and assembling raw material into a finished product that aligns with the client's vision. You excel in colour grading, audio mixing, visual effects, and motion graphics. Your attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines set you apart. Additionally, your strong communication and collaboration skills ensure effective teamwork.
To qualify for this role, you must have 6-7 years of experience in video editing and ideally hold a Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design or a related field. Your responsibilities also include planning and scheduling shoots with the creative team, producer, and client. You are comfortable shooting at various locations and collaborating with project directors and producers. Furthermore, you possess knowledge of studio lights and other necessary equipment.
In terms of software proficiency, you are well-versed in After Effects, Premiere, and Photoshop. Familiarity with Final Cut Pro and DaVinci Resolve is considered an added advantage.,
