• Social Media Handles: We have one of the fastest growing and highest impact self-improvement YouTube channel with a following of 500k subs, and Instagram (@kshitijsehrawat) following of 33k.
• The Role: Senior Video Editor - In this role, You’ll be using your editing skills to create engaging videos for all the social media channels. You’ll also be responsible for creating thumbnails, increasing CTR, and improving the watch time of the channel. As a result, help grow IML’s social media presence across the web.
• Location: Saket, New Delhi
• Pay: 25k to 35K
• Hours: This is a full-time position.

In the past, we have collaborated and been invited on numerous channels, such as Sadhguru, Prakhar ke Pravachan, Raj Shamani, Mayank Bhattacharya, and Dostcast, to name a few.
We are growing rapidly on YouTube and Instagram and changing a lot of lives in the process,
And would love to have you onboard working directly with our Founder & CEO,
Kshitij Sehrawat for the next level of growth and development in our mission to be the best in the world at helping Indian men be more confident, get more dates, and be in deeper, fulfilling relationships.
What Kind Of Qualifications Do You Need?
• You have at least 1-3 years of experience of successfully being a Video Editor, with a proven track record of editing engaging videos and delivering work on time.
• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• You have a strong understanding of editing softwares, mainly the Adobe Suite - Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, or Illustrator.
• Additional brownie points, if you’ve worked with some past YouTubers in the past and know the social media/ content creation space.
• Last but certainly not least, you have a proven track record of driving success and results in your career.
This Role Is For You If…
• Enhancing the videos by using various editing techniques such as sound design, storytelling, adding B-roll & stocks, video effects, sound effects, transitions, J-cut, L-cut, etc.
• You love editing videos and are obsessed with improving your video editing skills.
• You know how to make thumbnails and edit them.
• You love and learn a lot from content creators like Peter McKinnon, Casey Neistat, Sam Kolder, Full-Time Filmmaker, and Paritosh Anand to name a few.
• You have an insane attention to detail and are very organized, keeping everything in line.
• You have a “whatever-it-takes” attitude, love deadlines, and thrive on accountability.
• You learn quickly and can work without much direction.
• You’re committed to the path of personal development, the psychology of success and embody what we teach at Iron Man Lifestyle.
Some of the Specific Role Functions:
• Editing videos for YouTube and scheduling & publishing them on time.
• Make sure that content is finished and is being uploaded as per the content strategy.
• Repurposing and cutting parts of videos into short 30–60-second clips to post on YT Shorts & Instagram.
• Create catchy and clickable thumbnails and help increase the click-through rate (CTR) of YouTube videos.
• Review analytics, and come up with ideas to improve the metrics, namely, CTR, Views, Subscribers, Retention Rate, & Watch Time.
