Our standard is simple: polished, intentional, performance focused edits that look premium and feel native to each platform.
We are hiring a Senior Video Editor who is both fast and obsessive about quality. This is not a casual editing role. This is a high-standard position where every detail matters.
Non-Negotiable Requirements
You must be able to execute all of the below to a professional standard:
• Strong creative instinct and visual imagination
• Ability to spot moments and details most editors miss
• Colour grading LOG footage (consistent, clean, professional camera matching)
• Adobe After Effects animations (required)
• Captions that are engaging, unique & platform native (not generic templates)
• Sound design (music selection, impacts, transitions, emphasis, clarity, balance)
• Excellent pacing, storytelling & retention awareness
• Extremely proficient in
• Adobe Premiere Pro + Adobe After Effects (preferred)
• Final Cut Pro is acceptable only if After Effects capability is proven
CapCut editors will not be considered
Template only editors will not be considered
Quality Standard: Perfectionist-Level Output
This role requires someone who is near enough a perfectionist.
Every delivery must be:
• Professionally polished
• Triple-checked before submission
• Free from sloppy mistakes (timing, spelling, caption errors, audio issues, jump cuts, colour inconsistency)
• Consistent with a premium visual standard
If you don’t naturally triple-check your work, this is not the role for you.
Speed + Precision Expectations (Both Matter)
We move quickly but never at the cost of quality.
We are looking for editors who are fast because they’re senior, not because they cut corners.
Typical workload expectations:
• 1–2 projects every 2 days (depending on scope) You will be creating reels for social media between 10-20 per project
• Strong communication, reliable turnaround, consistent output
• Ability to handle structured work across multiple client styles while maintaining quality
Mandatory Test Edit (Required to Be Considered)
A test edit is 100% required.
To progress, you must complete a supplied edit demonstrating:
• LOG grading
• After Effects animations
• Captions (high quality + engaging)
• Sound design
• Overall polish & professionalism
Edits that feel generic, templated, unpolished, or basic will not be considered.
