Senior Video Editor (Long-Form & Short-Form Content)
About the Role
We’re looking for a talented and creative Senior Video Editor who can work on both long-form and short-form content, especially episodic and YouTube-style videos. The right candidate should be able to take raw footage and shape it into compelling stories with robust pacing, polished visuals, clean audio, and professional color grading. Also experience in turning influencers’ raw footage into engaging reels or shorts.
Responsibilities
● Edit long-form YouTube videos and other long-format projects.
● Turn raw footage into polished, structured edits with clear narrative flow, strong color grading, and sound design.
● Edit influencer content into short-form videos (Reels/Shorts).
● Add SFX and thoughtful sound design to enhance the final output.
● Ensure pacing, continuity, and visual consistency across edits.
● Collaborate closely with team members.
● Deliver high-quality edits even under tight deadlines.
● Use color grading to elevate mood, style, and overall visual quality.
Requirements
● 5+ years of professional experience in video editing.
● Solid background in long-form storytelling and episodic editing.
● Strong sense of pacing, narrative flow, and emotional timing.
● Valuable understanding of aesthetics, design, and motion graphics.
● Ability to manage post-production end-to-end—color, audio, finishing.
● Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve.
● Strong visual judgment and excellent attention to detail.
● Ability to work under pressure and still maintain high standards.
Preferred Skills
● Experience editing influencer videos and social media content.
● Experience with YouTube / Move/ Social media trends, formats, and platform expectations.
● Creative use of transitions, motion elements, and sound cues to boost engagement.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
