Position Overview:
As a Senior Video & Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in conceptualizing, designing, and producing a wide range of visual assets, including videos, graphics, and animations. You will collaborate closely with our marketing, product, and content teams to create captivating visuals that engage our audience and communicate our brand message effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop creative concepts and design solutions for various marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand materials.
Create and edit high-quality video content, including promotional videos, product demos, tutorials, and animations. This includes scripting, shooting, and post-production editing.
Design eye-catching graphics for digital and print materials, such as social media graphics, banners, brochures, and presentations.
Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets, maintaining adherence to brand guidelines and style standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and developers, to deliver creative assets that meet project goals and deadlines.
Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers as needed.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and technologies to continually improve your skills and bring fresh ideas to the team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in video production and graphic design.
Proficiency in industry-standard design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design and video work.
Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and composition.
Knowledge of current design and video trends.
Exceptional creativity and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
