About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a background in video production, branding, or advertising agency sales. The role involves physical client visits, sales presentations, and relationship-building to onboard businesses for high-ticket video production and marketing services.

Key Responsibilities:

-Edit and assemble raw footage into engaging videos for social media, YouTube, product promos, and brand campaigns

-Add sound effects, music, and basic motion graphics to enhance content

-Collaborate with content strategists, designers, and marketers to bring ideas to life

-Manage multiple edits and deliver under tight deadlines

What we’re looking for:

-Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve

-A solid understanding of storytelling, pacing, and modern editing trends

-Ability to handle multiple projects with a quick turnaround

-Bonus if you have basic color grading and sound mixing skills

-Strong portfolio/reel showcasing diverse editing styles
