Join TDC, Australia’s leading video technology and production company. We’re seeking an experienced Senior Video Technician to join our Sydney team and help deliver world-class live events, theatre productions, and broadcast experiences.
You’ll lead the design, build, and operation of advanced video systems - from projection and LED to media-server control and automation - for some of the most exciting projects in the southern hemisphere.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver complex video technology solutions using cutting-edge equipment.
Oversee technical delivery from concept through to show completion.
Create and interpret schematics, drawings and control systems.
Lead and brief onsite crew, freelancers and contractors.
Support R&D and contribute to innovation projects.
Mentor junior technicians and uphold TDC’s technical standards.
What you'll bring
At least 5 years’ experience as a professional video technician.
Deep knowledge of projection, LED, media-server or camera-tracking systems.
A proven record in technical delivery for live events, theatre or broadcast.
Confidence leading teams and working directly with clients.
A growth mindset - always learning, innovating and improving.
