About the Role
We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Videographer & Editor to join our creative team. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes storytelling, has an eye for aesthetics, and knows how to turn a vision into a visual masterpiece. You’ll be responsible for ideating, filming, and editing high-quality content across platforms — from brand campaigns and interviews to product videos and reels.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, shoot, and edit videos including promotional films, interviews, event coverage, product showcases, and social media content.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to conceptualize content based on briefs.
• Operate and maintain video production equipment (cameras, lighting, gimbals, drones, etc.).
• Lead shoots on-location and in-studio, managing setup, lighting, and direction.
• Edit raw footage into polished videos using Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, or similar tools.
• Add motion graphics, sound design, music, and color grading for professional output.
• Guide junior team members or freelancers, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Stay updated with video trends and platform best practices (Instagram Reels, YouTube, etc.).
Requirements
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in videography and video editing.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of video work (brand, lifestyle, commercial, social, etc.).
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.).
• Experience with DSLR, mirrorless, and cinema cameras.
• A good understanding of lighting techniques and sound design.
• Strong storytelling and creative thinking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
• Experience working with marketing/advertising agencies or content studios.
• Motion graphics or animation skills.
• Drone shooting experience with necessary licenses.
• Familiarity with photography basics.
