We’re after creators who craft high-impact content for social-first channels, understand brand identity, and thrive in a fast-paced agency environment. You’ll be working with top-tier clients across marine, automotive, adventure and action sports sectors, helping shape digital narratives that move the needle.You’ll:Film and edit short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube ShortsBuild cinematic edits and high-end trailers that elevate our client brandsExecute full video projects from storyboard to deliveryWork solo or with a crew on national and international shootsSupport our long-form content strategy across Tide’s and client YouTube channelsStay ahead of trends, formats, and platform developmentsUse graphics, titles, and sound design to enhance story and impactWhat You Bring to the Table3+ years of professional video editing and production experienceProven portfolio of fast-cut, emotionally charged, and brand-consistent video contentDeep understanding of platform-native formats and trendsExperience filming with Sony FX / Alpha series or equivalent professional systemsPro-level in Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, IllustratorStrong sense of story, rhythm, and style — especially in short-form digital contentComfortable working under tight turnarounds and delivering multiple assets per projectAble to interpret brand tone, guidelines, and commercial objectivesHighly organised with file management and archiving workflowsOn-Site Role & Travel RequirementsThis role requires your full-time presence in our Exeter HQ — if you’re not local or willing to relocate, please do not apply.A full UK driving licence is essential — you’ll often be out on location across the UKExpect occasional international travel — we shoot for brands in across the US, Dubai, China, and across EuropeWork permits will be provided / sponsored for international travelAbout Tide MediaTide Media is the go-to creative agency for bold brands in marine, motorsport, and outdoor adventure.
