The Role: Senior Visual Designer
We're looking for a Senior Visual Designer who specializes in illustration—someone who can turn abstract product ideas into compelling visuals.
You'll create expressive, strategic illustrations that seamlessly fit into our product UIs, elevating both function and emotion.
This role isn't about marketing fluff. It's about visual storytelling inside the product—onboarding journeys, empty states, feature highlights, and branded moments.
What You'll Do:
• Create high-quality illustrations for product screens (onboarding, empty states, success screens, etc.)
• Craft and maintain a visual style that fits within product and brand systems
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, brand designers, and motion artists
• Think in systems—create modular assets that scale and feel consistent
• Contribute to concepting, art direction, and creative feedback cycles
• Suggest where and how illustration can enhance the user journey
What We're Looking For:
• 4–7 years of experience in visual/product design with a strong focus on illustration
• Expertise in Figma, Illustrator, and other vector-based tools
• A stunning portfolio that shows illustrations integrated into digital products
• Ability to take briefs and elevate them with originality and precision
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
• Bonus: Familiarity with motion, and design systems
