Senior Visual Designer – Marketing
Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

The Role
We are looking for a Senior Visual Designer to lead marketing design at Draup. This is a high-impact role where you will own our visual identity, starting with a complete overhaul of the Draup website. Your work will directly shape how our brand is perceived by Fortune 500 enterprises and the broader AI ecosystem.
This is not just another design role — it's a chance to lead visual storytelling at a category-defining company. You will collaborate closely with the entire marketing team, the founders, and the leadership team, and report directly to the Head of Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end design of Draup’s website with a focus on clean, conversion-driven, high-impact UI/UX. Define and evolve Draup’s visual identity across all online and digital brand touchpoints. Establish and maintain a scalable design system that reflects the company’s intelligence-first ethos. Translate complex messaging into simple, elegant, and compelling visual narratives. Collaborate with content, product marketing, and web development to execute campaigns with high visual fidelity and speed.
Guide and mentor other designers — you’ll have one direct report from Day 1, with a scope to grow a larger team. Ensure design quality, consistency, and excellence across all marketing assets and channels.
What We’re Looking For
4–6 years of experience in visual and web design, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech. A portfolio that shows cases stunning websites, clean design language, and deep UI/UX thinking.
Strong understanding of information hierarchy, interaction design, and responsive design.
Fluency in tools like Figma, Web flow (or equivalent), Adobe Creative Suite. High speed of execution and ability to operate in fast-paced environments.
A strong design POV — you care deeply about aesthetics, usability, and originality.
Leadership experience or a demonstrated appetite to own and scale the design function.
