Role
Senior Visual Designer is responsible for leading end-to-end design delivery for Shaadi product features and brand. The valuable traits we are looking for:
• Ownership
• Proficiency in illustration, motion design and graphic design.
• Experience in Product Design Delivery
• Collaboration
• Communication
What you’ll do in this role
• Empathize with the user and their needs through user research, data and mood-boards.
• Create high-fidelity UI prototypes with illustration, motion design and graphic design.
• Define product style-guide, digital brand strategy and an evolving design system.
• Ideate experimental solutions based on user challenges, industry benchmarks and business requirements.
• Test designs pre- and post-development to assist future iterations and innovation.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of Product Managers, engineers, quality analysts and data analysts to create an exceptional digital brand experience.
• Build and contribute to the evolving design culture at Shaadi.com. Give & seek feedback from fellow designers and stakeholders.
What you should have
• 2+ years of relevant experience in digital consumer products.
• Portfolio showcasing UI focused illustrations, motion design and graphic design.
• Track record of building and shipping end-to-end digital product experiences across platforms.
• Skilled in Sketch or Figma, Illustrator and After Effects. Bonus: Blender
