Restaurant
A beautiful 2AA Rosette fine dining modern cuisine 60 cover restaurant in beautiful rural surroundings, where service and food is key to the excellence of the restaurant, is looking for a Senior Waitress/Chef de Rang.
Experience
You need to have previous experience of working in a fine dining restaurant. We are looking for a Senior Waitress/Chef de Rang with:
• Excellent customer service skills
• Great personality
• Excellent presentation skills
• Excellent communications skills and the ability to interact with colleagues and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• A genuine passion for food, wine and customers
• Have high standards and experience of working within a fine dining restaurant
• Great leadership skills
• Be a exemplary role model with a hands on approach.
• Oversee the restaurant operations during the Restaurant Managers absence
Salary
£22k to £25K
Accommodation available if required
Shifts: 8/9 shifts approx. 50/54 hours
