Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Web Designer to lead the design and development of website projects. As a Senior Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive websites that meet our client's business goals and objectives. You will also manage design projects, collaborate with other designers, and keep up with the latest design trends and technologies.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design process from concept to launch, collaborating with clients, project managers, and other designers to create design concepts that meet the clients' requirements.
Develop design concepts, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that meet the project's goals and objectives.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and ensure that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Collaborate with other designers, developers, and project managers to ensure that the design meets the project's goals and objectives.
Provide feedback and guidance to junior designers to help them improve their skills.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure that your designs are innovative and effective.
Communicate with clients to understand their requirements, provide updates on the project's progress, and seek feedback on the design.
Manage design assets, such as images, graphics, and fonts, and ensure that they are used consistently across different projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, web design, or a related field.
At least 2-3 years of experience in web design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and expertise.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, and InVision.
Experience with responsive design and front-end development (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript).
Strong project management and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
