Job Role & Summary:

We're seeking a sr. web designer that will be in charge of building beautiful websites for our clients. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing creative concepts for client websites, as well as creating visual aspects that match our clients' Brands. You will be working closely with our web development team to ensure proper and hassle-free implementation.

Duties Responsibilities:

· Conceptualizing creative ideas for assigned projects.

· Testing and improving the design of the website.

· Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices.

· Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards.

· Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they are in line with branding for clients.

· Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes.

· Incorporating functionalities and features into websites.

· Designing sample pages including colors and fonts.

· Preparing design plans and presenting the website structure.

· Integrating client CMS programs and data feeds into websites

· Designing engaging and responsive landing pages.

· Optimizing sites for maximum speed and scalability.

· Liaising with back-end developers to ensure web and app logic is properly integrated.

· Ensuring website function and stability across devices i.e. desktop, mobile, and tablet.

· Working with marketing and research teams to incorporate brand elements and relevant market research findings into the website.

· Providing internal support and external customer service throughout the build and launch process of the website.

Web Designer Requirements:

· A relevant diploma in a related field.

· Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools.

· Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages such as HTML and CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript, Bootstrap, Responsive.

· Good understanding of search engine optimization principles.

· Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues.

· Excellent visual design skills.

· Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and technologies.

· Creative and open to new ideas.

· Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques.

· Good communication skills.

Criteria:

· Must be a graduate of communications or equivalent.

· Proven work experience in marketing is an advantage.

· Must have at least 3 years of relevant work experience.

· Experience working with remote teams.

· Can handle rejection and Work Positively.

· Can work under pressure.

· Must submit a portfolio of your previous work.
