Job Description
Squiz is seeking a Senior Web Developer (frontend focus) to join its professional services team. This role offers the opportunity to work on various projects across different sectors, focusing on delivering exceptional results for clients through technical excellence and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Overall technical delivery of projects, ensuring timely, high-quality results that meet client expectations.
Ensure buy-in from development teams and stakeholders for proposed solutions.
Maintain best development practices throughout project execution.
Provide accurate estimates for tasks and mentor junior developers.
Foster a strong partnership with the Agile Project Manager.
Deliver technical projects to clients' satisfaction, continually evaluating and validating technical assumptions.
Offer feedback to the Development Manager on areas for developer training and professional growth.
Requirements
Strong frontend web development skills in technologies such as JavaScript (vanilla JS and React), HTML, CSS, etc.
Experience with websites, portals, intranets, and CMS platforms.
Passion for continued coding and hands-on approach.
Confident communication skills and experience in client-facing roles.
Ability to plan, design, and build high-quality websites or applications.
Technical leadership experience and analytical capabilities to evaluate multiple solutions.
Experience in gathering and writing technical specifications.
Nice to Have
Experience working in a client-facing role, preferably in consulting or digital agencies.
