BWR is headquartered in Bengaluru and has a pan-India presence. The rating team is headed by the analytical prowess of the industry’s most experienced credit analysts and bankers.
BWR offers rating services to Bank Loans, NCD, Commercial papers, Bonds, Mutual Funds, PPMLDs, and Security Receipts. BWR’s ratings have rated over 100,000 large Corporates, Banks, Financial Institutions, State and local Governments, and small businesses. BWR provides investors and lenders, with timely and in-depth research across structured finance, public finance, financial institutions, project finance, and corporate sectors.
Primary Responsibility:
Independently handle all aspects of web development, including front-end, business logic layer, and data access layer.
Manage web applications from conception to deployment, including new development, enhancements of existing applications, debugging, and bug fixing.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design, and architect scalable and efficient solutions.
Lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support throughout the development process.
Implement best practices and coding standards to ensure high-quality and maintainable code.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
Optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, project managers, and stakeholders, to deliver successful projects on time and within budget
Competency / Skills:
Proficiency as a .NET Web Developer, with focus on senior-level responsibilities.
Strong proficiency in the .NET framework, ASP.NET, and MVC Framework.
Extensive knowledge of MySQL server and Entity Framework for efficient data access.
Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns.
Expertise in front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, and jQuery.
Proven ability to independently manage and deliver web applications.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent leadership and mentoring capabilities.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
