Position Summary:
Reporting into the Vice President of Marketing and Communication, the Sr. Manager, Web Production will lead and optimize web production processes, manage projects, and ensure alignment with organization goals. This role will provide strategic leadership for web production, ensuring high-quality, user-friendly globally appealing content and projects that align with organizational goals. It will develop and implement strategies to enhance user experience, optimize web performance through data analysis and continuous improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for cohesive web content and functionality. Additionally, this role will be accountable for managing digital marketing agencies or consultants, ensure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and social media, and reflect the global nature of IHI’s work through website features and functionality.
Position Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Strategic Planning and Development:
Develop, execute and manage both web production and content marketing strategies that support the organization's objectives and enhance the customer experience, including providing value to our global audience.
Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for web production initiatives.
Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in web production processes and technologies.
Project Management:
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of web projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
Coordinate with designers, developers, content creators, and other stakeholders to manage the production workflow and address any issues that arise.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
Monitor website performance, user experience, and analytics to identify areas for improvement.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives based on data analysis and user feedback.
Optimize website performance, including load times, SEO, and responsiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, design, business lines, and other teams to ensure cohesive and integrated web content and functionality.
Align web production efforts with broader marketing campaigns and business objectives.
Communicate web production strategies and performance results to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Vendor and Resource Management:
Identify and manage external vendors for web production projects as needed.
Establish and manage timelines, budgets, and related activities for vendor-provided services.

Content Management- Experience in managing web content and marketing automation platforms, including information architecture, page layout, and editorial oversight to ensure consistency and quality.
Digital Marketing Acumen – knowledge and experience with HubSpot and digital marketing tools and techniques for developing MQLs and engagement
Vendor Management - Experience in identifying, selecting, and managing external vendors for web production projects, including negotiating contracts and ensuring deliverables.
Data-Driven Decision Making- Ability to analyze web performance data and user feedback to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvements.
Project Management - Competence in managing multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
Problem-Solving and Innovation- Strong problem-solving skills to address technical and strategic challenges, and the ability to identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance web production processes.
