We are looking for Senior Web and Graphics Designer.

Responsibilities and Duties :
• Team Handling experience. We expect the hired person to handle the team and ensure that everyone in the team is delivering the projects.
• Client handling exposure. Regular client calls will be part of the work.
• Handle individual projects and clients accordingly
• Interact with the client to create technology specifications from business requirements for modules within the project.
• Manage a team of UI designers, providing training and support as and where necessary.
• Review / Improve upon current processes / methodologies.
• Should ensure the whole team is following same coding standards.
• Training the team to deliver the projects.
• Selfownership for management of work.
• Weekly status and monthly status reporting to Project Manager.
Skills :
• Having Sound knowledge of web designing, Photoshop, CSS, CSS3, HTML, Bootstrap, HTML5, UI/UX designing, Illustrator.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design
• Manage and maintain a library of design components
• Good Communication Skills & Time Management
• Good at visualization & making Clean Web layouts. Communication skills are an additional edge.
• Proven work experience as a Frontend developer
• Handson experience with markup languages
• Experience with JavaScript, CSS and jQuery.
• Indepth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment).
• Understanding of layout aesthetics.
• An ability to perform well in a fastpaced environment.
• Excellent analytical and multitasking skills
• Good communication skills (must
