Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and organized Wedding Planner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event planning, exceptional communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss wedding themes, budgets, and logistics.
- Develop and manage timelines and budgets for each event.
- Research and book venues, vendors, and services.
- Coordinate all aspects of the wedding day, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Provide creative ideas and solutions to enhance the wedding experience.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and venues.
- Handle any issues that arise during planning or on the wedding day.
- Business Development for the company.
- Sales Target based.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in hospitality, event planning, or a related field preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in wedding or event planning.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and event planning software.
