BLEMUS Experiences is a luxury wedding and event company specialising in high-end, design-led celebrations and bespoke client experiences.
We are building a brand focused on precision, discretion, and elevated execution. Our goal is not to execute volume, but to curate exceptional, high-value weddings and experiences.
We are currently hiring a Senior Wedding Planner to join our founding team and play a key role in building and scaling the company.
This is a leadership-level role with ownership and growth potential.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for managing weddings and events end-to-end — from client consultation and planning to vendor management and on-ground execution.
You will work directly with the founder and help establish operational systems, vendor networks, and client experience standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end planning and execution of weddings and events
• Conduct client meetings and manage client relationships
• Build and manage vendor and venue networks
• Create event plans, timelines, and execution strategies
• Coordinate vendors, production, and logistics
• Lead on-ground execution during events
• Maintain high standards of service, presentation, and professionalism
Requirements (STRICT)
• Minimum 4+ years experience in wedding or event planning
• Must have independently handled weddings or large events
• Strong vendor and venue network
• Strong client handling and communication skills
• Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail
• Ability to take ownership and work independently
Preferred:
• Experience with luxury weddings or destination weddings
