As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for planning and organizing weddings, managing budgets, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and execute it flawlessly, ensuring a memorable and stress-free wedding experience.QualificationsWedding Planning and Event Planning skillsBudgeting and Financial Management skillsExcellent customer service and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and stay organizedCreativity and attention to detailStrong communication and negotiation skillsKnowledge of local vendors and venuesExperience in the wedding industry is a plusRoles and ResponsibilitiesAs a Wedding Planner, you are responsible forDiscussing all the aspects of the wedding with the bride and groom and guiding their decision making process.Preparing a strait-laced budget for the wedding in the most efficient manner.Suggesting locations, decoration, photographers, caterers etc. As an ideal candidate, you should be obtaining quotes from vendors and maintaining a good relationship with themIdentifying client's needs & requirements and proposing suitable solutions.Maintain a deep understanding of Betterhalf & the services we provide.Staying up to date with innovative trends in the wedding industryAchieving sales targetsEnsuring customer satisfactionBuild & maintain strong client & business relationships
