Role: Senior Web Developer (Team Lead)
Location: Mumbai / Bangalore (Hybrid)
Experience Required: 5+ Years
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Web Developer with experience on HubSpot CMS to join our team. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in developing and deploying web applications on the HubSpot platform or any other CMS. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing web applications using HubSpot CMS, optimizing them for search engines and user experience, and ensuring their compliance with security and privacy regulations related to websites.
You will also be responsible for managing a web development team and ensuring timely and high quality delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS and be adept at working with various content management systems, including WordPress and SCM tools like Git/Gitlab. You should also have knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as Google Cloud and AWS, as well as knowledge of computer networks and network protocols. Additionally, you should be familiar with Google App Script and be able to learn and work with new or existing code/framework.
Responsibilities:
• Design and develop web applications using Wordpress, HubSpot CMS, and ensure all websites meet business objectives and comply with security and privacy regulations related to websites.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create effective web applications that are optimized for search engines and user experience.
• Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues
• Modifying web applications to fix errors, or improve its performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to web applications (including privacy and security) and other website elements
• Manage multiple projects and priorities effectively, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of projects.
• Manage a web development team, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Collaborate with UX designers to ensure effective user experience on web applications.
• Maintain knowledge of computer networks and network protocols related to web security.
• Utilize Google App Script for various internal tasks.
Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of experience in building web applications on HubSpot or any other CMS, with a proven track record of success.
• Deep expertise in HTML, JavaScript, jquery, and CSS, with a strong understanding of web design principles and best practices.
• Experienced in branching, tagging and maintaining the version across the environments using SCM tools-Git/GitLab.
• Knowledge of Google Cloud and AWS cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with Google App Script, with experience in automating tasks and workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field preferred.
• Good knowledge in Web Security, Change Management, Conflict Resolutions, Operations, Policies and Processes
