Job Description
We are looking for a Senior WordPress Developer who will work on building tools and products which help customers save money while shopping online.
Responsibilities:
Lead the team and work on building our core product.
Working on Theme Customization and Plugin Customization.
Writing PHP, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, HTML5, and CSS3.
Working with RESTful APIs written in PHP.
Own, maintain, and improve code repositories that power GC Coupons.
Scaling the core product in International Markets (i18n) and implementing Localization (l10n).
Working on Seach Engine Optimization and helping the platform grow ferociously.
Required Work Experience:
2+ Years of Experience with PHP 7 and above.
2+ Years of Expertise with WordPress theme customization and plugin customization.
2+ Years of Experience with Custom Theme and Plugin Development
2+ Years of Expertise in CSS3, HTML5, and Javascript.
Expertise with jQuery and AJAX.
Expertise with Version Control Systems like Git.
2+ Years of Experience writing SQL.
2+ Years of Database Management Expertise with MySQL.
2+ Years of Experience writing and integrating RESTful APIs.
Strong understanding of SEO, Internationalization, and Localization.
Deep Expertise in core PHP.
Experience with managing and deploying servers.
Experience with Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure.
Experience with code optimization, optimizing performance, and building scalable platforms reaching millions of customers.
Experience with Google Analytics and tracking KPIs
