Job Description
You’ll work closely with the Project Manager, offshore leads, and key stakeholders to drive quality outcomes — without being tied to day-to-day configuration. But when things get complex, you're not afraid to dive in, problem-solve, and lead by example. This is a role for someone who loves owning the big picture while staying close enough to the details to make a real impact.

Configure and customize multiple Workday HCM modules to align with unique business processes and goals.
Lead full lifecycle Workday implementations, including Phase X projects and post-production support.
Provide strategic guidance on Workday best practices and optimize system usage for long-term value.
Manage project delivery, including risk identification, mitigation planning, and removal of roadblocks.
Advise clients on system impacts, integration considerations, and process interdependencies.
Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to educate clients and ensure effective system adoption.
Set and manage client expectations while maintaining alignment with project scope and timelines.
Take ownership of issue resolution and follow through on assignments to completion.

Active Workday Certification (in HCM or relevant modules) required.
Strong understanding of end-to-end HR functional processes across the employee lifecycle.

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Quick decision-making capabilities in fast-paced environments, with a strong focus on business outcomes.
Strong problem-solving skills with a structured and logical approach to troubleshooting.

A mindset of continuous improvement, driving innovation and contributing to operational excellence.
