About the Role
As a Senior Workshop Technician, you’ll be at the forefront of maintaining and operating industry-leading subsea equipment. You’ll manage workshop tasks, oversee testing and repairs, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing workshop and production activities, ensuring high standards are met.
• Operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting hydraulic and electro-mechanical equipment, including subsea tooling systems.
• Supervising testing of hire/sale equipment and coordinating upgrades or modifications.
• Providing mentorship and training to team members to enhance technical skills.
• Ensuring workshop operations adhere to safety regulations and maintaining clean, organized workspaces.
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in hydraulic and electro-mechanical systems, particularly subsea equipment.
• Ability to read hydraulic schematics and blueprints.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Willingness to travel onshore/offshore as required.
