Our Corporate Bank Technology team is a global team of 3000 coders (and growing!) across 30 countries. The primary businesses that Corporate Bank support are Cash Management, Securities Services, Trade Finance and Trust & Agency Services. CB Technology support these businesses through CIO aligned teams and also by horizontals such as Client Connectivity, Surveillance and Regulatory, Infrastructure, Architecture, Production, and Risk & Control. Corporate Bank Technology understands the client's needs and has a robust strategy and innovative approach to deliver. About the Team Client Connectivity: Client Connectivity Technology is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the Corporate Bank's online and channel products, messaging, conversion, and integration solutions. It is also driving a vision of frictionless on-boarding, product enablement, digital identity, and user management as well as the CB digital client services and API agenda. The Client Connectivity teams are all about enabling clients and internal processes to be connected in a standardized and efficient manner for the future. Your Role What You'll Do The Corporate Bank is undergoing a strategic investment to re-envision and transform the client service experience from the ground up. We will use the Salesforce platform to create a modern self-service capability, integrated with our back-end processing platforms, to shorten the resolution time for issues and speed up transaction processing. The program of work has
