Meritocratic Culture Wealth Creation Opportunity About Our Client Our client is a leading Fintech company Job Description Operational Risk identification, mitigation, monitoring Enhancing Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) framework across Business and Support units.Ability to analyze big data and trends and carrying out effective control testing and publishing the scorecards of the functions.Performing RCA on identified risk events and recommending improvements to prevent these risk events from re-occurring in future.Conducting PAC meeting and ensuring the PACs are conducted in line with the Product Governance Policy of the Bank. Maintaining track of deliverables with respect to products approvedIdentifying key risks in relation to products; maintaining minutes of meetingReview major policies, processes and products for the Bank and propose change based on new risk, control enabled and new policies implementationMonitoring BCM framework of the bank. Ensuring that timely BCP drills take place.Review of program and tools to ensure they are updated. Bringing in automation in processes of the Risk Function.Ensure BCP testing is carried out as per schedule for both business and support unit.Performing control testing and measuring risks, implementing controls, measure their effectiveness of the controls tested.Track and analyze loss events raised, follow up with respective functions to complete the root cause analysis on time.Frame and release RCSA reports to the central group and arrive at an overall risk for the entityAbility to challenge status quo and suggest constructive changes within the department.Supporting in implementation of RSA Archer Tool in the Bank; liasoning with stakeholders for its implementationAnalytics, Automation and DocumentationSuggesting enhancements in Risk Management tool – RSA Archer.Reporting Implementation of the directions of the Board Level CommitteesSubmission of Returns to RBIPreparing trends basis inputs from the industry The Successful Applicant Skills RequiredTechnical acumenProblem-solving and decision-making abilitiesExcellent Excel and Power Point SkillsAnalytical skills and a good eye for detailGood communication and presentation skillsAbility to understand broad business issuesAbility to draft and present notes for the managementAbility to work cordially with cross functional teamsEducational Qualifications Post GraduateProfessional qualification such as CA/CS/ICWA/MBA in financeQualification in Risk Management will be added advantageWork Experience Minimum 8-10 Years of experience in Risk Management (Operation Risk/Technology Risk) in banking sector.Incumbent can be from any payments bank (Paytm Payments Bank/FINO) or from scheduled commercial banks such as Kotak, IndusInd, RBL, foreign banks, etc
