-Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
-Should possess good experience in BPO Hiring ,Non IT recruitment and IT Recruitment
-Experience of managing end to end recruitment campaigns, including the use of an applicant tracking system.
-Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
-Ensuring the right sourcing approach, pipelining and advertising channels. Create consistently good adverts that reflect the content of the role whilst accurately representing the British Councils employer brand and adhering to the organizations Diversity commitments.
-Ensuring a fair and consistent selection process
-Must have right to work in India
Job Type : Contract to Hire
Tenure : 6 months(could be extended)
Location : Sector 142,Noida
Payroll will be under Orcapod Consulting Pvt Ltd
