Job Description
• Bachelor's degree or above, Juris Doctor/LLM preferred, US Bar admission (or equivalent in jurisdiction) preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in overseas legal affairs, familiar with laws and regulations related to company operations and foreign litigation procedure, litigation experience preferred.
• Strong analytical capabilities, excellent negotiation skills, and teamwork spirit.
• Excellent Chinese and English skills, able to handle legal matters using legal.
• Strong personal character and professional ethics, strictly abides by relevant laws and regulations, capable of fulfilling duties loyally.
