We’re now seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to lead the development of a next-generation healthcare platform, with a focus on agentic features, server-less architectures, and scalable systems.
Role Overview
As a Full Stack Engineer, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of a full-stack application using modern web technologies. You will be responsible for both the frontend and backend, including infrastructure setup and CI/CD. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and play a key role in presenting our technology during client demos, internal reviews, and industry events.
Key Responsibilities
• Full-Stack Development: Architect, develop, and deploy applications using React, Next.js, and Python (Fast-API preferred).
• Server-less Backend: Build robust, scalable services using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, S3, and SQS.
• Frontend Excellence: Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces optimized for performance and accessibility.
• Code Management: Maintain clean, modular, and well-documented code on GitHub with proper version control and collaboration practices.
• CI/CD & DevOps: Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or AWS CodePipeline for automated testing and deployment.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with designers, product managers, and developers across functions and geographies.
• Mentorship: Support and guide junior engineers, contributing to technical excellence across the team.
• Client Engagement: Participate in product demos, stakeholder meetings, and conferences as a technical lead.
Required Qualifications
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in full stack development, preferably in high-impact or product leadership roles.
• Frontend Skills:
Expertise in React and Next.js
Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Backend Skills:
Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks like Fast-API
Experience with designing REST APIs and asynchronous workflows
• AWS/Cloud Proficiency:
Hands-on experience with AWS services: Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS, SQS, etc.
Familiarity with server-less architecture best practices
• DevOps: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, and deployment workflows.
• Version Control: Excellent command over Git and GitHub collaboration.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills – especially important in client-facing interactions and presentations.
Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and basic knowledge of AWS ECS
• Experience in building agentic or AI-driven workflows
• Healthcare industry or Health-Tech product experience is a plus
