• Heading complete Retail Banking of branches across Regional Head - Branch Banking Telangana and AndraPradesh for their GL Growth, Operations, Compliance, PL Management, Credit Loan Administration and Customer Service.
• Leading the business development operations.
Role Requirements
• Accountable for achievement of monthly branch wise sales targets across all products.
• Responsible for Customer Service and Compliance for the entire region.
• Ensuring timely delivery upon the revenue budget for the entire region across all the products.
• Liaising with top HNI clients.
• Leading the team of Branch Managers to ensure optimum productivity.
• Overseeing entire Retail Liability, Asset and Revenue Business including third party products.
• Meet sales marketing financial objectives by forecasting requirements, scheduling expenditures, analysing variances and initiating corrective actions.
• Determine annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting developing annual sales, projecting expected sales volume profit for existing / new products, analyzing trends results, establishing pricing strategies, recommending selling prices, monitoring costs, competition, supply and demand
