Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SEO Content Writer to create and manage engaging, search-engine-optimized content for audiences in South Africa, Nigeria, and Kenya. This role involves working closely with the SEO team to develop content strategies, including blog posts, website content, other SEO, and performance marketing materials. Collaborating with regional teams to ensure content is culturally relevant and accurate is essential. Experience in the education sector is required. Additionally, the ability to monitor and support team performance is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
● Content Creation: With the help of South Africa content writing guidelines, you must write clear, engaging, EAT content quality, and SEO-friendly content tailored to audiences in South Africa, Nigeria, and Kenya.
● SEO Strategy: Collaborate with the SEO team to develop content strategies that improve search engine rankings and increase web traffic.
● Marketing Support: Develop compelling copy for marketing campaigns, including emails and advertisements.
● Collaboration: Work with regional teams to ensure content aligns with local guidelines and cultural nuances.
● Team Support (Optional): Assist in monitoring and enhancing team performance to maintain high content quality.
Requirements:
● Experience: At least 4 years of experience in SEO content writing, specifically in the education sector.
● Skills: Strong writing and editing skills, thorough understanding of SEO principles, and excellent research abilities.
● Cultural Awareness: Familiarity with the cultural contexts of South Africa, Nigeria, and Kenya is highly desirable.
