Job Description
We’re seeking a results-driven SEO Content Writer who excels at creating content that performs in search engines. In this role, you will focus on producing high-impact, search-optimized content that drives organic traffic, increases visibility, and supports SlideUpLift’s inbound marketing strategy. Your writing will be at the intersection of keyword strategy, user intent, and content quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Create SEO-optimized content including blog posts, product landing pages, category pages, and informational articles focused on presentation templates, business communication, and productivity tools.
Develop content outlines and briefs based on SEO goals, search trends, competitor analysis, and SERP structure.
Write content with a strong understanding of on-page SEO best practices (e.g., header structure, internal linking, keyword placement, meta descriptions, alt text, etc.).
Continuously optimize existing content to improve rankings, reduce bounce rates, and enhance dwell time.
Collaborate with SEO specialists, designers, and product teams to ensure SEO strategy aligns with brand and business goals.
Stay current with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and evolving best practices in content marketing.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in SEO-focused content writing, preferably for a digital product, SaaS, or eCommerce company.
Proven ability to write content that ranks—examples or portfolio required.
Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Surfer SEO, Clearscope, or Frase.
Strong command of content structure, readability, and keyword optimization.
Ability to turn complex topics into engaging, scannable, and valuable content for business professionals.
Familiarity with content performance tracking.
Experience-
3-5 yrs of experience in SEO
Agency experience in SEO copywriting will be a big plus. SEO copywriting experience in the Edutech or Service industry will be a big plus.
