We are seeking a skilled SEO Content Writer to join our team. As an Content Writer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and informative content that is optimized for search engines and helps drive traffic to our clients website. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of organic content best practices and a proven track record of creating high-quality content that ranks well in search engine results pages (SERPs).
Responsibilities:
• Conduct keyword research to identify high-value keywords and phrases to target in content
• Develop content strategies that align with overall SEO goals and improve website rankings
• Write high-quality, optimized content that is engaging, informative, and relevant to target audiences
• Optimize content for search engines by including relevant keywords, meta descriptions
• Collaborate with marketing and web development teams to ensure content is aligned with overall branding and website design
• Monitor and analyze website analytics to measure the effectiveness of content and make recommendations for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices, and adjust content strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in content writing, with a focus on SEO
• Strong understanding of content best practices and experience with keyword research and optimization
• Excellent writing skills, with the ability to write clear, engaging, and informative content that is optimized for search engines
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Moz, SEMRush, etc.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Experience with HTML/CSS and web development is a plus
• Experience with social media management and content promotion is a plus
