Improve the overall readability, clarity, and flow of content while maintaining keyword optimization, by suggesting changes and revisions as needed.
Collaborate closely with content creators and the SEO team to ensure that content adheres to the company's style guide, SEO best practices, and content standards.
Keep track of proofreading assignments and deadlines in an organized manner.
Work with writers, editors, content managers, and SEO specialists to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality, SEO-optimized content.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, SEO best practices, and proofreading tools to continuously improve skills and efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, communications, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in proofreading or editing, with a focus on SEO content.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify and correct errors in grammar, spelling, punctuation, and syntax.
Solid understanding of SEO principles and practices, including keyword optimization and content structure.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS), AI tools, and proofreading software
