Job Description
Your primary responsibility will be to create informative and engaging articles that provide high value to our target audience and consistently achieve high SERP rankings.You must have asolid knowledge of core SEO principles and the ability to seamlessly incorporate keywords and keyword variations into your articles.
You will be expected to conduct in-depth research on a variety of different topics to ensure your articles are 100% factually correct and aligned with our readers’ search intent.
Apart from applying SEO best practices to your articles, you’ll be required to follow our internal linking guidelines and think about internal linking opportunities in your content. This means you’ll be expected to contextually include mandatory internal links provided in your content brief, as well as find opportunities to link to other articles in the content series, where appropriate.
Responsibilities
• Creating high-quality, SEO-optimized content.
• Delivering 1000-1500 words of written content per day, that is factually accurate, informative, engaging, and free of grammatical errors
• Implementing feedback and suggestions from our editorial team
• Adhering to our internal linking guidelines and contextually including mandatory internal links from content briefs into your articles
• Attending weekly team meetings
Requirements
• Portfolio of your best content
• Excellent knowledge of all aspects of written English
• Solid knowledge of core SEO principles (keywords and keyword variations, keyword stuffing, internal linking, etc.) and the ability to apply them to written content
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, or Communications
• Schedule is full time (Monday-Friday)
