About the role:
JustCall is looking for an experienced SEO content writer to join our content team. You should be able to create both short and long-form B2B content, develop briefs, and review work from others.
We are looking for someone who loves writing and storytelling, follows pop culture, and understands US and global cultural differences. You should also know how to write for customer facing teams such as sales and customer service.
What you'll do:
• Create detailed content briefs for external writers and agencies
• Write and edit content internally, including blog articles, product pages, and more
• Review content from vendors to ensure quality and alignment with guidelines
• Provide feedback on peer content for accuracy and effectiveness
• Conduct keyword and topic research, including competitor analysis and gap analysis
• Contribute to developing AI workflows for content creation and research
• Monitor content performance monthly, analyze gaps, and make improvements as needed
Qualifications:
• C1-level English proficiency (C2 is a plus)
• At least 2 years of experience in SEO content writing (please include a portfolio)
• Strong writing, editing, and research skills to produce accurate and informative content
• Experience creating content briefs for writers
• Experience managing external vendors (nice to have)
• Basic SEO knowledge, including competitor page analysis, gap analysis, and keyword research
• Ability to write in an engaging, conversational style that stands out from AI-generated content
• Familiarity with SEO tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, Semrush, and SurferSEO
• Ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency without compromising content quality
