Job Description: SEO & Digital Marketing Expert at CGS Coaching
You will be responsible for managing all SEO-related projects including planning, execution, and optimization, in order to ensure the success of our CGS Coaching brand.
You will drive a complete end-to-end organic marketing strategy to increase rankings, online visibility, and organic traffic.
(CGS Coaching is a leading educational institution offering tuition classes for competitive exams. We are seeking a talented and experienced SEO Expert to join our team and enhance our online presence. As an SEO Expert, you will play a crucial role in driving organic traffic to our website and improving our search engine rankings. Your expertise in search engine optimization strategies and techniques will be instrumental in increasing our visibility, attracting prospective students, and achieving our business goals.)
Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute digital content strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement and conversions across various digital platforms including Instagram, Meta (formerly Facebook), WhatsApp, and email.
· Schedule and publish posts on social media platforms, ensuring consistent and timely content delivery.
· Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising, WhatsApp campaigns, and email marketing, to reach target audiences and achieve marketing goals.
· Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve the organic search visibility of our website.
· Perform thorough keyword research to identify target keywords and phrases that align with our courses and target audience.
· Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headings, URLs, and content, to improve search engine rankings and user experience.
· Conduct regular website audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues, such as broken links, duplicate content, and crawl errors.
· Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms to identify areas of improvement and track key metrics.
· Collaborate with teachers/content creators and CGS team members to develop and optimize high-quality, keyword-rich content that aligns with SEO goals.
Requirements:
· Proven work experience as an SEO and digital marketing expert or similar role, preferably in the education or coaching industry.
· In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
· Proficiency in SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Moz, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
· Experience with on-page and off-page SEO techniques, including keyword research, link building, and content optimization.
· Familiarity with website analytics tools and ability to track and report on key SEO metrics.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
