About the Role
We’re looking for a highly motivated, results-driven SEO Specialist to join our fast-paced SEO and digital marketing team. If you have 1–2 years of hands-on SEO experience, a solid understanding of SEO fundamentals, and a genuine passion for digital marketing, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Execute on-page SEO activities: content optimization, keyword targeting, meta tag refinement, internal linking strategies, and basic schema markup.
• Support off-page SEO initiatives: assist with link-building campaigns, outreach, and acquiring high-quality backlinks.
• Participate in technical SEO audits: identify and report on performance issues, indexation problems, and other key factors impacting visibility.
• Contribute to local SEO optimization: help manage Google Business Profiles (GBP), update local listings, and build citations.
• Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager; extract and interpret actionable insights.
• Utilize SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and ChatGPT for research, competitor analysis, and benchmarking.
• Stay up to date with SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to refine strategies over time.
What We’re Looking For
• 1–2 years of professional SEO experience (with a focus on both Local and Organic SEO preferred).
• Strong foundational knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Hands-on exposure to tools: SEMRush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Search Console, GTM, etc.
• Analytical thinking with the ability to derive insights from data.
• A proactive mindset, adaptability, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in team or individual settings.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to support documentation and collaboration.
