Job Description
• Lead generation and lead management for national and international markets
• Attaining certain and specific goals in generating leads, lead qualification, marketing communication and building brand image
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to position company services in the enterprise and mid-market space to effectively reach customers and communicate the value proposition of the services and solutions.
• Compiling and presenting statistical information pertaining to marketing campaigns, evaluating them, and taking proper measures to improve the performance.
• Working with content writer and designer for creative copy for the marketing campaigns
• Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends; implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include new information.
• Keyword Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough keyword research, analyse competitiveness, and search volume, and identify long-tail keyword opportunities.
• On-Page Optimization: Optimize website structure, URLs, meta tags, headers, and content. Improve keyword placement, density, formatting, internal linking, and navigation.
• Content Optimization: Collaborate with content creators, optimize website content, and incorporate relevant keywords naturally while maintaining readability and user engagement.
• Technical SEO: Perform website audits, optimize speed, mobile-friendliness, user experience, and implement proper URL structure, canonical tags, XML sitemaps, and robots.txt files.
• Link Building and Off-Page Optimization: Develop link building strategies, identify relevant websites for collaboration, and monitor backlink profile while disavowing toxic links.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track and analyse website performance, monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversion rates, and prepare reports to evaluate SEO campaigns.
• Stay Up to Date with SEO Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, algorithm updates, and continuously learn and apply new SEO techniques. Provide recommendations to enhance SEO efforts.
• Skills and QUALIFICATIONS
• Knowledge on social networking and email marketing campaigns
• Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Proficient in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and website analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is advantageous.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills – especially in English, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Team player which advocates a team concept
• Open minded, desire to learn, quick thinker
• Experience: 2-3 years
