Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings for our website(s).
Conduct thorough keyword research to identify target keywords and optimize website content accordingly.
Perform on-page optimization, including optimizing meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking structures.
Oversee technical SEO audits to identify and fix website issues that may impact search engine visibility, such as crawl errors, site speed, and mobile-friendliness.
Lead link-building efforts to acquire high-quality backlinks from reputable websites and improve domain authority.
Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Moz.
Track key SEO metrics, such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversion rates, and ROI, and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO and search engine marketing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, web developers, and digital marketers, to implement SEO best practices across the organization.
Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement in our SEO strategy.
Optimize local SEO efforts to improve visibility in local search results and drive foot traffic to physical locations (if applicable).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Any Field.
Proven experience as an SEO Manager or similar role, with a track record of improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic.
In-depth knowledge of SEO tools and techniques, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link building.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward identifying and resolving SEO challenges.
Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
Things You Should Know:-
Timings will be + Am to 6:30 Pm
We work Monday to Friday.
Saturday and Sunday are off.
30-minute lunch break + 15-minute tea break
