Optimizing website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements
Analyzing website data and identifying areas for improvement
Collaborating with the marketing team to create and implement a content marketing strategy
Building and maintaining backlinks to the website
Monitoring industry trends and staying up-to-date on changes to search engine algorithms
Tracking and reporting on the effectiveness of SEO efforts
Communicating with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and development to ensure technical SEO needs are met.

Technical SEO:
Take ownership of On-page SEO, Develop and execute successful SEO strategies.
Identify SEO issues with a continuous audit process and ensure that those issues are reported to concerned teams on time.
Proficiency in managing robots.txt files, canonical tags, pagination, and redirects. and practices.
Plan and run multivariate experiments and advanced optimization and conversion tests to ensure that all activities are maximizing ROI.
Lead content marketing outreach & high-quality link building campaigns and initiate communication with prospective websites & influencers
Analyze the performance of SEO and paid campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI & KPI)
Evaluated all digital marketing campaigns, completed weekly/monthly/quarterly reports, and pro-actively participated in team meetings with marketing TL & executives.
Strategy & Planning:
Perform research to identify content/demand gaps and prioritize them based on business opportunities
Experience with or willingness to learn additional marketing channels such as PPC, email marketing, affiliate, youtube, etc is a plus as we are expanding our marketing channels.
Suggest improvements in process and productivity optimization
Strong knowledge of concepts like crawl budget, cannibalization, content pruning etc.
Strong technical SEO knowledge based on Search Console, ScreamingFrog & other industry tools.
Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and the latest trends.
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Requirements:
4+ years of experience with a minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO in B2C Startup/Product companies.
Deep understanding experience in all SEO tools - Google Search Console, SEMrush etc.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
SEO, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEM, HTML
Proven track record in delivering rapid business growth at a good scale.
Should have strong analytical skills and a data-driven problem-solving approach.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Keep abreast of SEO and integrated marketing trends
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on companys success
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
In-depth knowledge of research principles and methods and experience in analyzing data
Ability to provide leadership to team and project with maturity.
