Key ResponsibilitiesSEO Responsibilities
• Conduct keyword research to identify growth opportunities.
• Perform on-page optimization including meta tags, header tags, internal linking, content optimization, and schema markup.
• Handle technical SEO audits and coordinate fixes with developers (site speed, crawl issues, indexing, mobile usability, etc.).
• Manage off-page SEO activities such as link building, outreach, and brand citations.
• Monitor website rankings, organic traffic, and keyword performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
• Optimize landing pages for SEO and user experience.
• Develop monthly SEO reports with insights, performance metrics, and improvement suggestions.
Meta Ads Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns aligned with business objectives (lead generation, conversions, brand awareness, etc.).
• Create and test ad creatives, copy, and audience targeting.
• Maintain and optimize campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and ad placements.
• Track and measure ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, and other performance metrics.
• Implement A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
• Set up Facebook Pixel, Conversion API, events tracking, and retargeting funnels.
• Analyze campaign performance and generate weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
Requirements
• Proven work experience as an SEO Specialist, Digital Marketer, or Meta Ads Specialist.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
• Hands-on experience running and optimizing Meta ad campaigns.
• Proficiency with tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Tag Manager, etc.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to design or guide ad creatives.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with e-commerce or lead generation campaigns.
• Knowledge of other paid ads platforms (Google Ads, TikTok Ads) is a plus.
• Familiarity with content writing or CRO
