Role Description
We are looking for an SEO/SEM Marketer to join our team in Ahmedabad for a full-time, on-site position. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing SEO and SEM strategies to drive traffic and engagement for our B2B AI SaaS platform. Day-to-day tasks include conducting keyword research, performing SEO audits, optimizing web pages for search engines (on-page SEO), managing link-building campaigns, and analyzing performance using web analytics tools. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with marketing and business goals.
Qualifications
• Strong skills in Keyword Research and performing SEO Audits to identify areas for improvement
• Experience in managing Link Building campaigns and developing effective strategies for acquiring backlinks
• Proficiency in On-Page SEO practices, including meta tag optimization, content structuring, and HTML/CSS basics
• Expert in using Web Analytics tools to track performance metrics and provide actionable insights
• Proven understanding of B2B marketing, digital marketing trends, and SaaS-based platforms is preferred
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
• Previous experience in SEO/SEM for AI or technology-related industries is an added advantage
• Working knowledge of WordPress (landing pages, content, CRO)
• Ownership mindset – you take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks
• Strong problem-solving ability, comfortable working directly with founders
• Data-driven, experimental, and execution-focused.
• Build, optimize, and manage WordPress landing pages focused on conversions
• Collaborate with founders on problem-solving, growth experiments, and positioning
• Analyze funnel performance (traffic → MQL → SQL) and continuously optimize
• Test new acquisition channels and scale what works
• Work closely with sales to ensure lead quality and feedback loops
