SEO - Senior Manager
The Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Senior Manager is responsible for driving organic search traffic through data-driven strategies and innovative SEO implementations. This role requires a deep understanding of SEO techniques, tools, and analytics to optimize on-page and off-page elements. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure cohesive and effective SEO efforts.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
• Implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques to improve website performance.
• Lead and manage a team of SEO specialists.
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and web development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all channels
• Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
• Optimize website structure and content for search engines.
• Identify and resolve technical SEO issues.
• Report on SEO performance and present insights to stakeholders.
• Train and mentor junior SEO specialists, providing guidance and support for their professional development
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• At least 7 to 8 years of experience in SEO.
• Experience in leading and managing a team of minimum 15 SEO specialists
• Proficiency with SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain technical terms to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
