JOB DESCRIPTION – Associate Manager SEO
We are seeking an experienced SEO Manager to join our team and lead the company’s search engine optimization efforts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things SEO and be able to develop and implement effective strategies to drive organic traffic to the company’s website.
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings
● Conduct keyword research and analysis to determine target keywords and optimize website content for search engines.
● Manage the company’s backlink profile, including acquiring new high- quality links and disavowing any low-quality or harmful links
● Analyze website data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and track the effectiveness of SEO strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as content creators, designers, and developers to ensure website content is optimized for search engines.
● Monitor and report on the performance of SEO campaigns, using tools such as Google Analytics, to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
● Communicate SEO performance and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
Skills Required:
● Minimum of 4 years of full‐time, professional experience in SEO
● Proven track record of improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic
● In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, algorithms, and ranking factors
● Experience working closely with engineers to execute technical SEO tasks
● Strong technical knowledge including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, Core Web Vitals, Schema Markups and Structured data, Mobile-first development
● Strong analytical skills and experience using tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Data Studio
● Expertise with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and WordPress
● Great communication and coordination skills

● Working days: Monday to Friday
● Work Timings: 10 am to 7 pm
