We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven SEO Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in implementing SEO strategies, with expertise in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and a variety of SEO tools. You will be responsible for driving ROI through technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, keyword analysis, and competitor analysis to help us achieve higher search rankings, improved traffic, and increased conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical SEO: Conduct website audits to identify and fix technical issues that could impact SEO performance (e.g., site speed, mobile-friendliness, indexing, crawl errors).
On-Page SEO: Optimize content, meta tags, headings, and images to improve search engine rankings. Ensure the site is structured for optimal SEO performance.
Off-Page SEO: Manage link-building efforts, outreach campaigns, and ensure the website gains high-quality backlinks.
Keyword Analysis: Perform in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities, target keywords, and optimize content accordingly.
Business Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitors’ websites, keywords, backlink profiles, and strategies to gain insights and improve SEO performance.
Track ROI on SEO activities, ensuring SEO efforts result in measurable improvements in traffic, rankings, and conversions.
Monitor website performance through Google Analytics and Google Search Console, and implement necessary changes based on data insights.
Collaborate with the content and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all web pages.
Continuously analyze SEO data to make informed decisions and optimize strategies for maximum results.
Stay current with the latest SEO trends, tools, and algorithm updates to ensure strategies remain effective and up-to-date.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in SEO, with a strong portfolio showcasing past success.
In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console for tracking performance and identifying areas for improvement.
Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar tools for keyword research, backlink analysis, and competitor analysis.
Strong knowledge of Technical SEO, including optimizing website performance, addressing crawl issues, and ensuring sites are mobile-friendly.
Proven experience with On-Page SEO, including optimizing meta tags, headings, content, and site structure for higher rankings.
Expertise in Off-Page SEO, focusing on link-building strategies and driving organic traffic through external channels.
Keyword Analysis experience to identify high-value keywords and optimize website content accordingly.
Ability to conduct Business Competitor Analysis, benchmarking against key competitors to identify SEO opportunities and competitive advantages.
Ability to analyze and report on ROI, ensuring SEO efforts align with business objectives and contribute to long-term growth.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Preferred Skills (Not Required but a Plus):
Experience with e-commerce SEO (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for SEO purposes.
