Experience – 4-6 years of relevant experience
Location – India (Gurgaon / Mumbai)
Key Responsibilities
• You will plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns (Earned, Owned & Paid), including SEO/SEM O+O, social media, , video, display, and programmatic campaigns
• You will map the consumer decision journey for relevant categories and brands
• You will identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• You will plan and control the digital budget across sub-allocations of brands
• You will measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Responsible for expressing the rationale behind media investment decisions and evidencing the performance vs. expected outcomes
• Develop optimization strategies that increase the brands' search engine results rankings
• Research SEO keywords to use throughout the clients' website and marketing materials
• Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts
• Efficiently communicate with other PR and Digital professionals to align goals. Collaborate with others within the company to manage SEO strategy
• Update content and website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankings
• Deliver quarterly, semi-annual, or annual updates on work quality
• Identify new vendors/partners while maintaining a POV on them
Key Competencies
Needs a balanced profile of digital expertise + marketing/brand understanding.
• Specialization in Digital Media
• Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
• Experience with SEO industry programs, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
• Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools
• Able to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry
• Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems
• Excellent research and analytical thinking skills
• Excellent verbal and writing skills
• Resourceful problem solver
• Team player, and ability to work under pressure
• Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented and capable of multi-tasking
