Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop optimization strategies to increase the company's website search engine results rankings.
Execute tests, collect and analyze data, and identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI.
Manage the expenses of SEO campaigns, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs, and reconciling differences.
Work closely with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content marketing efforts.
Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations to improve website visibility.
Create and execute a comprehensive link-building strategy to increase domain authority.
Determine measurable goals to demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts and track progress accordingly.
Write compelling and high-quality website content, including blog posts and page descriptions, to enhance search engine visibility.
Conduct page optimization for search engine marketing and monitor daily performance metrics using SEO tools such as Google Analytics.
Collaborate with other members of the marketing department to ensure alignment and consistency in SEO strategy.
Perform ongoing keyword research, discovery, and optimization for new SEO keywords to use throughout the company website and marketing materials.
Work closely with the web development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly followed throughout the website content.
Implement changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
